1v1 Sprint Start
Each team places one field player plus a keeper behind their own goal line. The ball drops from the cage and both players race to grab it.
Two halves, 40 minutes of chaos. 7v7 on a short field with Secret Cards, dice rolls, President Penalties and Shootouts. Co-ed optional — teams choose their own mix of boys and girls with no quotas. Here's every twist, minute by minute.
Each team places one field player plus a keeper behind their own goal line. The ball drops from the cage and both players race to grab it.
Every minute after kick-off, each side adds one more field player until both teams reach a full 7v7 by the fifth minute.
Teams hit the green button to trigger their randomly drawn Secret Card, or the blue button to call for a President Penalty.
A differently colored ball enters play and every goal counts double until halftime. No stoppage time — buzzer-beaters matter.
The second half opens with a giant dice roll. Three of the six sides are doubled — if the shield or a sponsor lands face-up, play restarts 1v1 plus keepers.
Secret Cards and the President Penalty are available again all the way through minute 36.
If the leader scores, the match is over. If the trailing team ties without conceding, the next goal wins. Play drops to 5v5 and one player per team leaves the field each minute down to 1v1 + keepers.
If the score is level at minute 36, the game skips extra play and goes directly to Shootouts to decide the winner.
Before every match each team draws one Secret Card at random. Play it at the right moment and it can swing the whole game.
The next goal your team scores counts as two.
Force an opponent off the pitch for a set stretch of the match.
Awarded a penalty kick regardless of the phase of play.
Bring one of your rival's Secret Cards under your control.
One of your players is untouchable — no fouls can be called against them.
A 1v1 breakaway from the halfway line against the opposing goalkeeper.
Turn the tables — the opposing team must take a penalty against themselves.
The president standing on the sideline can call a penalty for their own team — but only under these conditions:
The offending player is off for 2 minutes and the team plays a man down. If the Scale-Down begins with a player still serving time, the team starts that phase 4v5.
Yellows no longer reduce the roster. Instead each yellow gives the opponent a Shootout, and the offender must be substituted off.
The player is off for the rest of the game. Their team plays with one fewer for 5 minutes and can then bring in a replacement.
A red card gives the other team a standard penalty kick and the player is done for the match.
A player starts on the halfway line with the ball and has 5 seconds to score 1-on-1 against the keeper. Simple, fast, decisive.
